Our client, a recognized leader in the mortgage industry, is currently hiring for a non-IT Business Analyst position located in Carrollton, TX.

This role is a W2 contract position, no 3rd party candidates available at this time.

Length: 6-month contract with potential to go perm

Location: Carrollton TX, 100% onsite

Rate: $ 36.00 Per Hour

The Business Support Analyst assists in managing a broad variety of departmental operations and administrative activities including special projects, strategic planning process and initiatives, and conducting data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency analysis and reporting. As the Business Analyst, you will provide broad administrative support to the division leadership.

The Business Support Analyst will:

  • Create produce and report on applicable metrics and key performance indicators
  • Create and produce regular compliance reports that serve to hold the division accountable for meeting defined targets
  • Serve as a point person to interact with internal and external clients to facilitate various complex projects and presentations
  • Support the Technology division with various vendor management processes and policy requirements
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration or related field required
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Must be highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
  • Vendor Management related experience is preferred
